BIO

As an artist, I desire to ignite freedom in every individual who partakes in my performances and my daily practices of movement. Movement flows through me with a pulse like a beating heart innately liberating itself inside me. This internal pulse reminds me of the beauty and fight in life when one is delivered into freedom.

It is a privilege to move freely without constraints, to emote one’s deepest desires, thoughts, and conflicts, and to share those movements and moments with others. Movement, is a gift, a gift of freedom, I choose to share, whether it is choreographing a work for the stage, creating an experience for someone to encounter a newfound hope, or creating the opportunity for women and children to release their voice through sound and movement.
